So yes, we finally have a place. Last night we signed the lease, emailed it back, and booked the moving truck for the 10th. We plan to leave AZ on the 12th and get to Medford over the weekend.
Believe it or not it is just around the corner from where we lived before in Medford. We will know the area and everything about the ward, commute, shopping, etc. Now we just have to pack up our stuff and get a dishwasher if all goes as planned. Check it out....

We are very excited and relieved to finally have everything more solidified, at least for this year.

Congrats on finding a place! It will be nice for you to be back in an area you know well. When we moved to Lake Forrest we had to Mapquest everything for a month: Wal-mart, In-N-Out, the mall, the movie theaters. I hated having to have directions to get anywhere!
